旧部前是广州本土的一支唱作乐队，由2004年成军Cuttoothz独立乐队改组而成。由崭新阵容组成的旧部前以后流行摇滚曲风呈现独立的音乐风格，从独自呢喃、抒情摇滚编曲，再加强力道，强力堆砌出澎湃的最高音，瞬间又落下回到温柔但坚定的呓语，触动你内心最柔软的部分。
The new Cuttoothz evolved from the 2004 indie version into a more sophisticated post-pop band. Gary(guitar and programming), Chris Lee(drums), Little White(bass) and Eva Chan(vocal) write, play and sing their own songs in the little corners of big Guangzhou.
Their bitter-sweet music travels in between ends of passion and frustration, strength and powerlessness, solitude and company in life. The audible nuance touches a sensitive chord in listeners.
