Black & Blue

Black & Blue乐队档案：
乐队成立于1992年，由吉他手Brian，贝斯朱仔，鼓手阿枫，吉他手兼男主音Charles和女主唱Candy Lo组成。
95年发行首张专辑《Hope In Just One Day》后，Black & Blue签约滚石唱片。1996年发行的第二张专辑《蓝与黑》由当时台湾著名音乐人林强担纲制作。后Candy签约Sony Music展开单飞生涯。乐队是香港独立音乐黄金时期的旗帜，更记录了Candy lo的indie时代。
2007年底，Black & Blue全员归队，08年1月份在香港艺穗会举办10年内的首场演出，成为城中资深乐迷的一时热话。
假音人档案
2000 年成立的「假音人」，02 年推出首张同名大碟，曾引起广泛讨论单曲包括《甚么是青春》、《我爱上了你的男朋友》与《旺旺咖啡座》等。「假音人」亦曾参与多个剧场演出的音乐创作，包括进念˙二十面体的《东宫西宫》系列。2005 年 9 月在艺术中心寿臣剧院的 10 场《假音人之陈浩峰爵士摇滚 K 唱会》，亦刷新本地乐队于该场地的场次纪录。
Black & Blue emerged in the prime age for Hong Kong’s indie music. One of the most popular underground rock bands in the 90’s, Black & Blue names Brian(guitar), Chu Jai(bass), Ah Fung(drums), Charles(vocal and guitar) and Candy Lo(vocal).
The band released two albums, HOPE IN JUST ONE DAY(1995) and BLACK & BLUE(1996) before Candy went solo in 1998. The singer song-writer signed up with Sony Music while her rock star image remained a signature.
Ten years later in January 2008, all five members made a come-back and celebrated the BLACK & BLUE REUNION night at Fringe Club. The show attracted most of Hong Kong’s veteran audiences.

耳东（乐评人）：“作为一支非主流乐队，Black & Blue的风格受英国八十年代末九十年代初的吉他摇滚、盯鞋摇滚（Shoegaze）和梦幻流行（Dream-Pop）影响颇深，加之又是三吉他配置，因此，器乐的搭配相当丰富。比较有意思的是，由于该乐队采用的是一男一女双主唱的配置，当主唱为男时，乐队的曲风会偏重一点，有点像Manic Street Panic，而当主唱为女时，乐队又会摇身一变成香港的The Cranberries。”

BC Magazine Review: “Although not as high-profile as Beyond or Tai Chi, Black and Blue is a more adventurous local rock and roll band which is more mature technically. But its songs are a bit too rational, which fail to impress people with something which can arouse your sympathy and make you think. Lam Keung is a good artist, but I don't think it was a good idea for him to act as a producer, for he failed to input anything exciting and original. However, the feelings expressed in a couple of songs, such as the anger in Pride and Prejudice, and the hopes in The Lost Prairie, are sure to appeal to local music lovers. Anyhow, I still support their efforts to try something different from the mainstream Cantopop music and am looking forward to their new breakthrough in the near future.”
